A Case of the Bee Venom Herbal Acupuncture for the Patients with Severe Pain and Sciatica due to HIVD of L-Spine

Abstract

|
Almost every body experiences the low back pain in his life.
But, among the low back pain, the portion of HIVD is only 1% and among the HIVD, the portion of operation indication is only 1-3%.
Nevertheless, if patient was diagnosed as HIVD through MRI and the pain was severe, it´s difficult for the patient and doctor to decide with conservative therapy.
So, we report the case improved severe pain and sciatica due to HIVD through pure oriental treatments and review the operation indications in HIVD and the clinical application of bee venom herbal acupuncture.
